Previously, some customers experienced geolocation issues affecting their streaming service access, leading to the platform detecting browsing from a different country. The problem is now resolved, in case customers still experience issues, clearing the cache on specific devices might be necessary for proper functionality. If the problem persists, contacting your streaming service’s customer support for personalized assistance is recommended.
Currently, some customers may encounter problems related to geolocation, leading to issues in accessing the appropriate streaming service content — resulting in platform indicating that you are browsing from a different country.
After a malfunction or scheduled service work, you may need to restart the fibre box, router and computer. Leave the equipment completely turned off for 15-30 minutes before turning it on again.
Contact your service provider if you are affected by an outage or experience problems with your broadband service after an interruption. It will also be your service provider who will pay out any eventual interruption compensations
